Important Notice: These Territory Partner Terms & Conditions ("Territory Partner Terms") apply to every user who registers on Property4U.ng as an Territory Partner (Sales Associate). By creating an Territory Partner account, checking the acceptance box during registration, or participating in the Territory Partner program, you agree to these Territory Partner Terms in addition to the general Terms & Conditions of Property4U.ng. If you do not agree, you must not register as an Territory Partner.
Property4U.ng operates an Territory Partner program (also called "Sales Associates") under which approved users recruit sellers and other Territory Partners onto the Platform, support them in publishing property listings, and earn commissions on qualifying activities as described by the Platform from time to time.
The Territory Partner program is administered by Real-Estateconnect.ng, the owner and operator of Property4U.ng.
Territory Partners are independent participants. Nothing in these Territory Partner Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Property4U.ng.
To register as an Territory Partner you must:
You must submit these details through the Territory Partner application form. Property4U.ng may request additional information or documents at any time to verify your identity.
Territory Partner accounts remain in a pending state until your application has been reviewed and approved by our team. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
We may approve, reject, or request clarification on any application at our discretion. Reasons for rejection may include missing, unclear, or inconsistent documents, inaccurate information, or a failure to meet the eligibility requirements.
If your application is rejected, you may review your details and resubmit your application with corrected information unless we notify you otherwise.
Upon approval, you will be issued a personal referral code and referral link, and your Territory Partner dashboard will be fully unlocked.
Your referral code and referral link are personal to you. You must not:
Property4U.ng may suspend or revoke a referral code where misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Territory Partner Terms is suspected.
As an Territory Partner you must not:
Commission rates, qualifying activities, and payout conditions are determined by Property4U.ng and may change from time to time. The rates displayed in your Territory Partner dashboard reflect the commission rule active at that time.
Earnings displayed in your dashboard are provisional until the underlying transaction or payment has been verified by Property4U.ng. Property4U.ng may withhold, adjust, or reverse commissions connected to refunds, cancellations, fraud, or abuse.
You are responsible for any taxes payable on your earnings.
You agree that Property4U.ng may collect, store, and process your NIN, government ID, selfie, address, and other personal details for the purpose of verifying your identity, administering the Territory Partner program, and complying with applicable law. Handling of personal data is described in the Territory Partner Privacy Policy.
Property4U.ng may suspend or terminate your Territory Partner account, withhold pending commissions, and revoke your referral code where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Territory Partner Terms, the general Terms & Conditions, or applicable law, or where your conduct exposes the Platform or its users to risk.
You may stop participating in the Territory Partner program at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including commission reconciliation, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Territory Partner Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Your continued participation in the Territory Partner program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Territory Partner Terms.
These Territory Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you have questions about these Territory Partner Terms, contact us through the Contact Us page on Property4U.ng.
You can sign back in whenever you are ready.
